• Entrance Assessments:
  • Students applying for KG and above are required to take an entrance test in English, Mathematics, and Science.
  • The test evaluates the applicant’s current level of understanding and readiness for the curriculum.

     

• Interview with Parents and Students:
  • A brief meeting with Madrasash administrators to understand the family’s expectations and values.
  • For older students, the interview also includes a discussion about academic goals and interests.

     

• Hifzul Quran Program Applicants:
  • Students applying for the Hifz program will be assessed on their Quran recitation skills and ability to memorize.

Documents Required

Parents are required to submit the following documents during the admission process:

1. For All Applicants:
   • Completed application form.
   • Copy of the child’s birth certificate or valid passport.
   • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
   • Copy of parents’/guardians’ national ID or passport.
   • Parents’ Work Place ID/Address Proof
     
     
2. For Students Transferring from Other Madrasashs:
   • Academic transcripts or report cards from the last two years.
   • Transfer certificate from the previous Madrasash.
     
     
3. For Hifz Program Applicants:
   • Recommendation letter from a previous Islamic teacher (if applicable).
     
     
4. Additional Documents:
   • Medical records, including vaccination details.
   • Any relevant certificates or awards the student has achieved.
